With GoToAssist for Android you can connect and resolve technical issues from your favorite Android device to any Mac or PC. GoToAssist for Android comes with free 24/7 Global Customer. Download the GoToAssist Corporate Customer Standalone Apps
Customers can join Phone Mode support sessions without going to a customer portal by using the GoToAssist Corporate Customer standalone application (.exe for Windows and .dmg for Mac). The file launches a standalone customer application in which customers can enter the 9-digit session code and click Start Support Session to download the GoToAssist Corporate Customer application (if not already pre-installed) and launch the customer directly into session. 1909 argentine mauser serial numbers.
The standalone application is a self-contained desktop app that can be saved to the customer's computer and be double-clicked to launch (i.e., it does not need to be installed). It can also be distributed, meaning that administrators can embed it on their own website, provide it via network sharing or even deploy it to customers.
Note: To support customers that join standard support sessions from a Mac running macOS Catalina (10.15) or later, the representative must be running HelpAlert v11.9.11, b1379 or later.

The standalone desktop apps be accessed and downloaded via the Management Center.
- Log in at https://broker.gotoassist.com/manager.
- Click Downloads in the left-navigation.
- Click Download Customer Application for Pre-Installation.
- Click the Download link next to the desired version and build.
- On the Standalone Application for PhoneMode tab, click Download Windows application or Download Mac application.
